The Shure MV88 is camera mounted and records a high quality digital stereo audio track for ambient sounds.
The audio field recorder provides a counterweight for stable hand held shooting and also the ability to record several additional audio sources as separate sound files. This is key to getting a great-sounding sound track for a film project.
